Socks for Seniors Sock Drive

In an effort to warm the hearts and feet of local senior citizens once again this winter, United Way of Calhoun County will hold its fourth annual Socks for Seniors sock drive!  Drop boxes will be located throughout Calhoun County for your convenience.  If you prefer we do the shopping for you, you may make donations through our online portal.  At the close of the drive, all monetary donations will be used to purchase socks at our local Walmart which will be included with the distribution.

In an effort to warm the hearts and feet of local senior citizens once again this winter, United Way of Calhoun County held its third annual Socks for Seniors sock drive!  Through the gracious support of local individuals, businesses, and organizations, we collected an astounding 1,013 pairs or new socks and 50 Senior Santa gifts which were distributed to local organizations serving senior residents throughout Calhoun County.
